Teen Yoga

Teen Yoga In-Person

The practice of yoga in the vinyasa style uses simple postures and breathing techniques that help calm the nervous system and relieve stress. Teens can gain lifelong benefits for their physical and mental health through the practice of yoga. All levels are welcome!

Shilpy Gupta is a certified yoga instructor since 2018. She has taught yoga from pre-schoolers to adults in Rochester, NY. Since moving to Nashville, she has provided an after-school yoga club in the Williamson County school system.
