ONLINE - Take Charge of Your Diabetes In-Person
This is a free program presented by the Williamson County Extension Office. Take Charge of Your Diabetes is a fun, skill-building program designed for persons with diabetes.
The program helps individuals take day-to-day responsibility for their diabetes care.
Participants gain skills necessary to self-manage their diabetes and work effectively with their health professionals.
This program is a series starting April 9 – May 14, when registering for the April 9 program this will automatically register patrons for the rest of the six-week program.
Each participant will receive a copy of Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book and a relaxation CD.
Register here and we will email you the link to sign on via Zoom. You will need access to a computer with email. You will click on the link provided in the email to access the webinar. The zoom webinar is provided by the Williamson County Extension Office and is not a library zoom account.
