Curious to learn how to quill paper? Register for this class and you will receive a paper quilling kit, an instructional video on quilling basics, and learn how to make two Valentine's Day cards with paper quilling! 

The fee for this class is $10, this fee pays for the paper quilling kit. Register for this program and starting Thursday, February 4th patrons who register may pickup their paper quilling kits after paying their fee. Patrons will receive video links of instructional videos created by Malini Boorgu once their kits have been picked up and fee has been paid.
