Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga In-Person

This Gentle Yoga class will help facilitate felxibility, strength, stamina, and balance. There will also be a focus on porpoer breathing techniques. This is an all levels class. Joy will suggest modifications to poses to accomodate "every body."

Joy Spencer has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She became a certified yoga instructor in March, 2005 and has been instructing yoga for the past 14 years. She enjoys sharing her passion for yoga and the many benefits of the practice with her students.
