Embossed Metal Art Class In-Person

Join us for a class in this elegant and unique medium! "Repousse" metalwork has been done for centuries – it's an art of enduring beauty.
In this class, you will use a soft tooling metal which makes it easy to form patterns and images.

You’ll emboss and color a sheet of metal to produce a finished work of art.
You will have many images to choose from - birds and animals, flowers and trees, fish, a turtle, and a sailing ship. You can also bring your own 4.5 x 6.5" drawing to work from (simple line art is best). This will fit into a 5x7" frame when finished.
You'll choose either copper or silver(aluminum), and can also add an antiqued finish to give your piece an Heirloom look.

This 2-hour Adult class is for any experience level (beginner friendly), is open to teens, and also for a parent together with a child older than 10.
