Tai Chi uses smooth continuous low impact movements to help you unwind while improving your balance, posture, and strength. Tai Chi aides in emotional relaxation, cultures mental relaxation, and fosters energetic relaxation. 

CLASS FEE: $5 per session paid in cash or check

Come and practice together. Tap into your body's energy and feel energized. 

Instructor: Xiao (Shaw) Zheng has been practicing Tai Chi since 1989 and will incorporate the 8 form Yang style for these classes.
