Tai Chi uses smooth continuous low impact movements to help you unwind while improving your balance, posture, and strength. Tai Chi aides in emotional relaxation, cultures mental relaxation, and fosters energetic relaxation. 

CLASS FEE: $5 per session paid in cash or check

Come and practice together. Tap into your body's energy and feel energized. 

Instructor: Xiao (Shaw) Zheng has been practicing Tai Chi since 1989. Beginning on August 17th, Xiao will incorporate the 42 forms of TaiChi. The 42 forms contain the essential pronciples and important characteristics of the four major styles, retians the traditional principles of Tai Chi, and is rich in content and technique.
