Finding Light in the Holiday Shadows: Caring for Grief, Honoring Love, and Making Space for Hope

Finding Light in the Holiday Shadows: Caring for Grief, Honoring Love, and Making Space for Hope In-Person

The holiday season can bring both warmth and ache when you’re grieving. Traditions that once brought comfort may now carry tender memories. This reflective workshop offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and find meaning in the midst of it all. Together, we’ll explore how to navigate gatherings, honor your needs, and shape rituals that hold both remembrance and renewal. You’ll leave with practical strategies and heartfelt insights for tending to your emotional well-being, creating space for both grief and gratitude, and discovering simple ways to carry hope forward through the season.
