Art is very effective self-care, and your creative self may want to jump right in! In this workshop with Elaine Allen, we will not take ourselves too seriously! Relaxing, creative exercises will make it easy for you to sprinkle some whimsy and have colorful fun. You don't have to call yourself an artist to play. You'll make two pieces that are just bursting with color and energy!
