Advance Care Planning: A Gift of Clarity, Love, and Peace

Advance Care Planning: A Gift of Clarity, Love, and Peace In-Person

Difficult conversations don’t have to be avoided — they can become a gift. In this interactive one-hour workshop, you’ll learn what advance care planning is, why it matters, and how to complete key directive forms with clarity and compassion. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and supportive education, this session empowers you to make informed choices, communicate your wishes, and approach end-of-life decisions with confidence and care.
Whether you’re planning for yourself or supporting a loved one, this workshop offers a meaningful opportunity to align values, reduce future stress, and take one of the most loving steps toward peace of mind.
