Ballroom Dancing: Waltz and Rumba In-Person

Join us for a ballroom dance lesson led by Tijana Humphreys. You will learn a traditional waltz and rumba. All levels are welcome; this class is beginner-friendly! Please wear comfortable clothing. Try to avoid wearing sneakers, open-back sandals, and flip-flops. See you on the dance floor!

About your instructor:

Tijana Humphreys was born in Belgrade, Serbia. She began her stage career at age seven and later pursued ballet and ballroom dancing. She danced with the Ivo Lola Ribar troupe in Belgrade. She also performed with the Ankhearte art and dance company in Brussels, Belgium, where she discovered a passion for lyrical ballet. Tijana appeared in productions in Lisbon, Portugal, before moving to the U.S., where she taught at Arthur Murray and Just Dance Studio. In 2012, she moved to Tennessee, where she continues to teach, choreograph, and perform in the Nashville area. In addition to ballroom dancing, Tijana also teaches classical ballet.
