Jenny McKee will lead us into an exploration of the edible and medicinal mushrooms you can find or grow here in Tennessee.
This class will cover mushroom foraging, cultivating mushrooms at home, the top 5 edible mushrooms found in TN, avoiding toxic varieties, how to find out more.
Jenny McKee is a resident of Rutherford county. She is a great lover of the outdoors spending much of her time hiking, paddling, and spelunking.
