Cooking Class: A Celebration of Strawberries! In-Person
May is strawberry season! Join us for a cooking class at the library as we celebrate this sweet fruit.
Menu:
Summer Strawberry Salad (spinach, strawberries, feta, red onion, candied walnuts)
Ricotta-Mascarpone Mousse with Balsamic Strawberries
