Beekeeping Club: Colony Expansion and Nectar Flow

Beekeeping Club: Colony Expansion and Nectar Flow In-Person

Colony Expansion & Nectar Flow

Spring is on the horizon, and our bees are gearing up for growth! This month, we’ll dive into colony expansion — how increasing your bee population can lead to swarming and what steps beekeepers can take to manage it. We’ll also discuss the major nectar flow in Tennessee, highlighting key plants that provide essential forage for our bees. Join us as we prepare for a productive season ahead!
