Integral Tai Chi In-Person

Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that originated as a martial art in China 2500 years ago. It uses smooth, continuous movements to help you improve your balance, posture, and strength. Tai Chi aides in emotional relaxation, cultures mental relaxation, and fosters energetic relaxation. This class will focus on five elements: breathing, flexibility, meditation, balance, and spirituality.
