Based on the results of our strategic plan, we've increased our programming and Meeting Room B is now used primarily for library events. 

Meeting Room A:

  • reservation request must be made by a current Brentwood Library cardholder.  Online booking form should be completed by cardholder and all communication will be with that individual.

  • accommodates up to 110 people - for larger groups, please email circulationsupervisors@brentwoodtn.gov with your request.

  • rental fees are $5 per hour for non-profit organizations and $25 per hour for profit organizations, with additional charges for audio visual equipment.

When selecting your times, please include time for setting up your tables and chairs before the event and time for cleaning the space and taking necessary action to leave the room empty.

You will need to determine two beginning and ending times – your reservation time and your event time.  The reservation time is the block of time in which you have access to the room including set-up and tear down.  The event time is the time of the meeting, seminar, training, etc.  (Ex., if your meeting is scheduled for 4-6, then your reservation time should be 3:30 – 7, or whatever time is needed for arrangement of the room and its contents depending on your needs and the number of helpers you have with you.)
