Online booking form should be completed by library cardholder and all communication will be with that individual.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a room to accommodate 110-220 people.
Determine 2 beginning and ending times – your reservation time and your event time.
The reservation time is the block of time in which you have access to the room including set-up and tear down. Allow time to set up tables and chairs, and then to put them away when finished.
The event time is the time of the meeting, seminar, training, etc. that will be displayed on the library signage.
For example, a meeting scheduled for 4-6 might require a reservation time from 3:30 – 7.
