With a focus on breath and mindfulness, this class is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice utilizing blocks and straps.  Suitable for all levels.
 
Class fee: $5 per session
 
Erika Rigsby:  Erika is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 RYT.  She is also certified in Barre Above, NuPower Yoga, aqua yoga, standup paddle board instruction and SUP yoga.  Erika is passionate about the overall health and wellness benefits that yoga provides and loves sharing it with the community.
