Maintaining Your Balance In-Person

Come to this friendly, open group and feel COMFORTABLE! We will do self-explorative exercises that will teach you how to:

- Consistently check in with the different parts of life (Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, Financial, Family, Adventure/Exploration, Romance, Social) 
- Identify and adjust imbalances 
- Deal and cope with stress and anxiety in healthier, more efficient ways 
- Process and reflect on real life situations 
- Navigate to the desired outcome 
- Gain tools to communicate more effectively and honestly 
- Self-heal and self-sooth
- Grow self-acceptance and self-love 
- Push through the discomfort of change 
- CULTIVATE JOY while minimizing suffering
