Strengths Spotting In-Person

"What will happen when we think about what is right with people rather than fixating on what is wrong with them?" was a question psychologist and business executive Donald O. Clifton, Ph.D. challenged others to answer. This notion of starting with talent and finishing with strength became a movement.

In this presentation, participants will begin learning how to utilize their greatest talents. We will take steps to spot personal strengths in action. Through the Clifton StrengthsFinder, individuals will be invited to name, claim, and aim talents through individual and small group opportunities.

Mrs. Finch actively lives her top strength, "Maximizer". As a school counselor, college professor, parent educator, and Clifton Strengths Coach, her bucket is full when she is helping others reach their full potential.
