NEED SOME R&R?
Sunday Restorative Yoga might be the recipe you need. Beginning with slow, gentle movement, we use padded bolsters, blankets, blocks and chairs for a supportive environment to experience rest and relaxation in a wakeful state. Completely supported by the props, we will hold each passive stretch for 10-20 minutes with dimmed lights and soft music. Some practitioners report a reduction of the effects of stress-related illness. Come experience it for yourself.
