Peaceful Yin Yoga with Meditation
Pamper yourself in the middle of the week. Release your mind and your body and energize your life. Enjoy an hour of deep yin/restorative yoga gently leading into an extended guided meditation. We will concentrate on long-supported poses that stretch muscles and connective tissue. Perfect for all ages and skill levels.
Blanket and props provided.
