Grades K-5th. An exciting age appropriate yoga class just for kids taught by Theresa Kuhn. This class is designed to foster coordination, cooperation , concentration and a little silliness, while building attention and focus.
Mats, props, and laughter provided!
Theresa has been a yoga teacher since 2007 and teaches the Guided Meditation here at the Library. She holds several specialized training in yoga including YogaFit Kids and Radiant Child Yoga but most importantly she is the mother of 4.
**Class Fee $5.00 per class. Payment will be taken the day of class, before class begins. We can accept exact cash or check made payable to the Brentwood Library.
**In order for children to participate, parents/guardians must sign a Children's Group Liability Training Waiver before class. Parents/Guardians have the option to complete a Photo/Video Release Form before the class.
