The Fall Conference Room is available for use, free of charge, to Brentwood Library cardholders for groups of 8-18 people.
The room has access to wireless internet service at no charge. The room also has a projection system with audio features.
Patrons with a reservation should check in at the Reference Desk for access to the room. A reservation may be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Drinks and snacks are allowed in the Fall Conference Room.
The room should be left clean and orderly at the completion of your reservation. Food containers should not be left in the room. A trash can for food items is available in the hallway.
The Fall Conference room may be reserved up to 4 weeks in advance. Patrons may reserve rooms for up to 8 hours per week, and consecutive reservations are permitted.
An available room may be reserved for immediate use.
Meetings must take place within library hours and room must be vacated 30 minutes before closing.
